Malvaani Projects India Private Limited is situated out in Nangloi, over in West Delhi. We are specifically at Extension 2, C 90. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city areas but we like it here. The neighborhood is mostly residential mixed with small businesses. Our space isn't huge but it fits what we need to get the job done every day. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of phone calls to check on the progress of various sites. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The weather in West Delhi can be pretty harsh in the summer so we keep the fans going all day long. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by a delivery truck and we have to wait to get out. We don’t really do much marketing or anything; most people find us because they know someone we worked for. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the projects we have on our plate right now. There’s always some paperwork that needs filing or a permit that needs following up on. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule. It's a regular office with regular people trying to make a living.
