Malhotra Real Estate

Our shop is located at number 37 on the first floor of the DDA Market. We are in Paschim Vihar, specifically near the Meera Bagh area in Pocket GH 5 and 7. To get to Malhotra Real Estate, you have to walk up a flight of stairs, leaving the busy ground-floor shops behind. It is a very typical market office with wooden desks and maps of the local blocks pinned to the walls. We don't have a flashy workspace. Most of our mornings are spent looking through old ledgers and checking on new listings. In the afternoon, we usually meet with people who are looking for a place to live around here. Paschim Vihar is a comfortable neighborhood, and we know which parts are quiet and which ones get a lot of evening traffic. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Most people just walk in because a friend or a neighbor told them we were here. We focus all our energy on this specific pocket of the city. It seems better to know one neighborhood perfectly than to know the whole city poorly. Sometimes when the power goes out, we just sit by the window and watch the market crowd below. It is a very grounded, local way of living. We help people find homes without any big fuss or complicated paperwork. It is just honest work in a place we know by heart and it keeps us busy. Most days are simple and steady like that.
