MAISON HILL BUILDCON LLP

Maison Hill Buildcon Llp has its office in Rajouri Garden, which is a pretty well-known part of West Delhi. We are situated at EC-88 on the top floor of the SFS flats. Being on the top floor means we have to climb a few stairs, but it’s quieter up there away from the street noise. The Delhi-110058 area is usually buzzing, but our little corner is relatively peaceful. We work on building projects, so our desks are usually covered in samples, papers, and coffee mugs. It’s a very lived-in space. We didn't hire a designer for the office; we just put in what was necessary to get the work done. The team here is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth in Rajouri Garden usually keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the heat on the top floor gets a bit much in June, but the AC works well enough to keep us focused. We mostly talk about construction, materials, and deadlines all day. It’s a practical place for practical people. If someone comes by, they’ll probably find us arguing over a schedule or checking a ledger. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local buildcon firm that knows the neighborhood well and does the work that needs doing. It is what it is, just a bunch of us building things and dealing with daily site issues.
