Mahindra Engineering Co. is tucked away at A-191 in the D.D.A. Flats in New Ranjeet Nagar. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are based in a residential area, but it works out well for us. We’ve been doing engineering work from this location for quite some time now. The neighbors are used to us by now, and it’s a nice, lived-in part of town. Our space is filled with drawings, tools, and different components we are working on. It’s not a massive factory, but we manage to get a lot done in the room we have. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Most people find us because someone told them about the work we do. New Ranjeet Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and there is always something going on outside our door. We like the pace of it. Our daily routine is pretty basic: we look at what needs to be fixed or built and we get to it. Sometimes we have to move stuff around to get to the bigger pieces of equipment, but that’s part of the charm of a smaller shop. We aren't a big corporation, just a small engineering outfit trying to do things the right way. If you are looking for us, just head into the D.D.A. flats and you will find A-191 easily enough. We are usually there tinkering with something or other throughout the day and into the evening.
