Mahinder Pal Constructions Private Limited is a small outfit operating out of A-2/45, G/F in Janakpuri. It’s a ground floor office, which makes it easy to move things in and out. We’ve been doing construction in Janakpuri for quite some time. We’re not a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a core group of us who know what we’re doing. We handle various building projects, mostly local stuff where we can keep an eye on everything personally. The office is usually a bit cluttered with samples and tools, but that's how a real construction office looks. We don't put on a show for anyone. We just tell you what can be done and how long it’ll probably take. Construction always has surprises, so we try to stay flexible. Living and working in Janakpuri means we see our clients at the market or on the street, so we have to do a decent job. We don’t do much advertising. We just rely on doing the work and letting that speak for itself. It’s a lot of physical labor and long days, but it’s what we know. If you need something built or fixed, we’re right here on the ground floor. We aren't trying to be fancy or corporate. We just like to get the building work finished so we can move on to the next one. That’s how we’ve always run things here. It's just plain old construction work without any of the nonsense.
