Mahajan Machinery Sales Corporation is based at 113 Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase II. This part of Pratap Nagar is known for being very industrial and heavy-duty. Our unit is surrounded by other workshops and factories, so the whole area is filled with the smell of grease and the sound of metal. We deal with various types of machinery and our floor space at 113 is usually packed with equipment. It is a very practical environment. We have heavy lifting tools and a lot of steel structures around. It is not the kind of place you come to for a relaxed chat. We are focused on the mechanical side of things. The office part is just a small partitioned area with some old wooden desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't see the need for anything more than that. Most of our day is spent checking equipment or coordinating transport for the machines. Mayapuri Phase II can be quite a maze for people who aren't familiar with it, but we have been here long enough that we can find our way around with our eyes closed. The roads are often blocked by trucks loading and unloading, so things move a bit slowly outside. Inside, though, we try to keep a steady pace. It is a tough, gritty place to work, but it is what we know and do every day.
