Magician Tulsi

I’m based over in Uttam Nagar, right near the Shani Bazar in the Hascal area. My place is B-437, and it’s quite close to the Uttam Nagar Metro Station, which is handy for getting around Janak Puri and the rest of the city. I’ve been doing magic for a long time now. It’s just me, really, though sometimes I have an assistant help with the bigger props. I keep all my gear at the house—the cards, the boxes, and the stuff for the kids' shows. It’s a bit of a crowded space with all the magic equipment, but it works for me. I started out doing small tricks for friends and it just grew into a full-time thing. I travel to a lot of birthday parties and local community events. Being near the metro station helps because I can lug my suitcase of tricks onto the train when the traffic is bad. I don’t have a big office or a secretary. If you call, you’re usually talking to me directly. I spend my time practicing new moves or fixing up my old props. It’s a simple life, but I enjoy seeing people look surprised when a trick works out. I’m just a local guy who found something he was good at and stuck with it. You can usually find me at B-437 when I’m not out at a show, probably untangling a set of rings or painting a new magic box for the next gig.
