Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd is located at A109 in the Freedom Fighter Enclave. It’s right on Igno U Road in New Delhi. This part of the city has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it pretty well. Our day-to-day is mostly management consulting, which usually involves a lot of talking to people and trying to understand what kind of staff they need. We don't have a shiny glass building; it's just a functional office where the work happens. The summers here can be really tough with the heat, so the AC is usually running full blast while we go through our spreadsheets. We handle a lot of different requests, and sometimes things get a little chaotic when several deadlines hit at once. We don't try to hide the fact that we’re just regular people doing a job. There’s a lot of paperwork to keep track of, and we do our best to stay organized despite the clutter of resumes. People from the enclave and further out in Haryana sometimes drop by to see what we have available. We don't have any grand promises or fancy slogans. We just sit at our desks, answer the phones, and try to make sense of the local job market. It’s a lot of small tasks that eventually add up to something useful for the people we work with.
