M K Aggarwal Company is located at T 60 on the First Floor in Rajouri Garden. Being in New Delhi means it’s always fast and a bit loud. We are just above the ground floor shops, so we see all the shoppers and commuters. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly desks, chairs, and a few computers. We handle a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. Rajouri Garden is a busy hub, so there’s never a dull moment. We have been at this spot for quite a while. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep. We often have people dropping in to check on their orders or just to have a chat. We keep a stash of biscuits for when guests arrive. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t believe in having a lot of decorations. Just the essentials for work. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we’ve learned to speak a bit louder. We manage things as they come. It’s not always perfectly smooth, but we get through the pile of work eventually. There’s a certain rhythm to the day in Delhi. We start around ten and keep going until the market starts to close up. It’s just how we run things here at our little office.
