Lyhanna Developers Private Limited is based in Paschim Vihar at the Ankur Apartments. We are located in Flat No. 17D, which is part of the Gh-2 section. It’s on the third floor, so there are a few flights of stairs to climb since it's an older residential-style setup. West Delhi is where we feel most at home, and the 110063 area has been our base for quite some time now. Operating out of an apartment building like Ankur Apartments makes the work feel a bit more grounded and less like a cold office environment. We handle property development, which involves a lot of coordination and paperwork. Our desks are usually piled high with site reports and local permits. We aren't the type of company to put out glossy brochures or use big words to describe what we do. We’re just a small team of developers trying to make things work in a competitive city. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the main roads of Delhi, which helps us focus on our work. We know the neighbors and the local shops, and it feels like a real community here. We don't have a grand mission, we just want to finish our projects and move on to the next one. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We just take things as they come and try to handle them as best as we can.
