Luhera Developers Private Limited is located out in Najafgarh, specifically in Nangli Vihar. Our address is Rz 58 B-Block in Arjun Park, 110043. It’s a bit of a trek for some people, but we like being in this part of South West Delhi. We do development work, mostly local housing and small plots. The office is just a regular building where we keep our maps and legal papers. There’s usually some dust on the porch because the roads nearby are always under repair or construction. We aren't fancy people. We wear work boots more often than dress shoes. Most of our time is spent talking to landowners or checking on the foundation work at a new site. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. People usually find us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. We try to be honest about how long things take. Building anything in Delhi is a slow process with all the permits and paperwork required. We just keep plugging away at it day by day. It’s a simple life. We come in early, work hard, and head home when the sun goes down. That is how we have always done things here.
