We've been at B-59 B in Vikas Nagar for a while now. This part of Uttam Nagar is always busy, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. Most days we are just buried under paperwork or out at a site checking on progress. It’s not a fancy setup here, just a regular office where we try to keep things moving. We deal with a lot of different people, from suppliers to guys working the machines. Construction is messy and loud sometimes, but that’s just how it is in Delhi. Sometimes the traffic in Vikas Nagar makes it hard to get anywhere fast, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company, just want to get the jobs done right. People stop by the office to talk about their plans, and we sit down with some chai and look at the drawings. It takes a lot of coordination to build anything these days. There’s always some new regulation or a delay with materials, so we spend a lot of time on the phone. Our team is small, but we know our way around this area. It feels good to see a building go up from nothing. We’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. If you walk past B-59 B, you’ll probably see us inside arguing about a budget or looking at a map of a new project site. It's just normal work life for us.
