Lodhi Garden Villas Llp

We are Lodhi Garden Villas Llp and we operate out of C 1 Lift in New Krishna Park, New Delhi. It is a bit of a specific address, but once you find the lift area in New Krishna Park, you are basically there. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. Dealing with properties and villas is what we do every day. It is not always easy, especially with how busy things get in Delhi, but we manage to get things done. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us here. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out visiting different sites, but the office at C 1 is our home base. We keep our records here and do all the paperwork that comes with running a business like this. New Krishna Park is a decent area and we have gotten to know the neighbors pretty well over the years. We do not have a big fancy showroom. Instead, we just focus on the work itself. Most of our clients come through word of mouth, so we do not spend much on ads. We try to be helpful when people call with questions about villas or land. It is a lot of practical stuff, making sure documents are right and things are moving forward. We just do our thing and try to keep things honest and simple for everyone involved.
