Lodha Co has been operating from this same spot for quite a while now. You can find us at 29 2 on the first floor in West Patel Nagar. New Delhi is always a busy place, but this neighborhood has its own specific energy that we've grown used to over the years. Our pincode is 110008. The office isn't anything fancy or corporate-looking. It’s just a place where we sit down and get through the mountain of paperwork that comes with this line of work. We deal with numbers and filings every single day. Most of the time, the desks are covered in folders and various documents that need sorting. We try our best to keep things organized, even when it feels like the piles are growing faster than we can manage. It’s a regular office with normal people working inside. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a workout, but it’s fine. We don't spend money on big signs or polished marketing. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them where we were. We just want to do a decent job so our clients don't have to stress about their records. It’s practical work. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at computer screens. That’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Delhi. We just stay focused on what needs doing today.
