Lite Bite Foods P Ltd

Our office is tucked away in Fateh Nagar, New Delhi, at A 34. If you know the area, you know it’s a tight-knit spot with a lot of movement. Being in the food business means things are always moving fast. Lite Bite Foods is really about the logistics and the back-end work that goes into feeding people across the city. We don’t have a big storefront here; it’s mostly where the planning happens. The phones ring quite a bit with suppliers calling about vegetable prices or grain deliveries. Delhi summers are tough, so we keep the fans going and try to stay on top of the orders. The office has a lot of files and stacks of paper because food regulations and tracking take up a lot of space. We have people coming in and out, delivery guys checking their routes, and managers talking about new menu ideas. It can get a bit hectic around lunchtime, ironically enough. We mostly just focus on getting the right ingredients to the right places so the kitchens can do their jobs. It is a lot of coordination. Fateh Nagar has that classic Delhi feel where everyone knows each other’s business. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and while it’s not the biggest office in the world, it serves us well for what we need to do every day to keep the business running.
