Lean Sigma Consulting

Lean Sigma Consulting is located in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. We’re in block DG 2, specifically at 52C. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, so it’s always got some noise and activity outside. We’ve been here for a good bit now. Most of what we do involves teaching people how to improve their work processes using those Six Sigma methods. It sounds complicated, but we try to keep it down to earth when we’re explaining it. We have a small room where we hold sessions and another area for our desks. It’s a modest setup. We don't have a big corporate banner or a fancy lobby. Usually, it's just a few of us and maybe a small group of people who want to learn something new for their jobs. We spend our days looking at data or drawing diagrams on the walls. New Delhi can be a hectic place to run a business, but we like this corner of Vikaspuri. It’s easy enough for people to find us. We don't try to sound like we know everything. We just share what we’ve learned over the years about making businesses run a little smoother. It’s just honest consulting work. No big promises or flashy marketing, just us in our office trying to help other people get their work organized. That’s the long and short of it. We take our work seriously but keep the atmosphere pretty relaxed.
