We handle tours and travels for people who want to see different parts of the country. It started as a small idea because we knew the roads and the train schedules better than most. Now, we spend our days booking tickets and figuring out the best ways to get from one city to another without wasting too much time. Delhi is a chaotic place to run a business, but we manage. Our office is simple, just some maps on the wall and a couple of old computers. We talk to a lot of drivers and hotel owners across India to make sure things go okay for our clients. Sometimes the trains are late or the weather ruins a trip, and then we have to spend all night on the phone fixing it. It’s not a fancy job. It’s mostly logistics and answering the same questions about luggage or food. We like it though. There’s something nice about helping a family plan their holiday and seeing them come back happy.
