LBF Realtors LLP is located right at Shop No 1 on the ground floor of Flat No I-191 in Karampura. It’s a small space, but it works for what we do here in West Delhi. Most of the time, one of us is sitting near the door while the neighborhood life goes on outside. Karampura has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over time. We deal with real estate matters for people living around here or looking to move into the area. It isn't a high-rise corporate office, just a simple shop where the tea gets delivered from the corner stall twice a day. We spend our mornings going through paperwork and the afternoons are usually for meeting people who walk in. The 110015 area is quite lived-in, so there is always something happening with the local properties. We know the streets pretty well by now. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when a few people show up at once, but we make do with the chairs we have. We don’t use any complicated systems or big fancy software, just our notebooks and basic files to keep track of things. It’s a humble operation. We like being on the ground floor because it makes it easy for anyone to just pop their head in and ask a quick question without having to climb stairs or deal with an elevator. We’ve been at this for a bit and plan to stay put. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work.
