You can find us at Land Explorer Llp on the second floor of G 50 in Kirti Nagar. This area is famous for furniture, so our building is surrounded by shops selling sofas and beds. It’s always busy with trucks loading and unloading stuff. Getting up to the second floor is a bit of a workout since we don't always use the lift, but it’s good for us. The office is pretty open with a few desks scattered around. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and land records, so the big table in the center is usually covered in papers and site drawings. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some mismatched chairs and a clock that’s five minutes fast, but it works for us. Kirti Nagar has this constant hum of activity that keeps us energized throughout the day. We often have people dropping in to talk about land or just to say hello and share some news. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee or tea when the afternoon slump hits. It’s a very straightforward place to work. We don’t use any big words or fancy talk here. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done, and try to make sense of the land market. It feels like a real local business because that’s exactly what it is. The smell of sawdust from the shops downstairs sometimes floats up through the windows.
