We are Krishna Dham Associates Llp, located on the second floor of J/23 in RBI Enclave. Paschim Vihar is a nice part of New Delhi, and we’ve been working out of this office for a while now. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but the view of the street is okay. We do associate work in the property and building sector. Most of our days are spent talking to people about land and what can be done with it. It’s a lot of talking, actually. We aren't the type to wear suits every day unless we really have to. Usually, it's just shirts and trousers, keeping it professional but comfortable. We know the 110063 area like the back of our hand. The office is a bit small, and sometimes we run out of chairs when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We don't believe in those long-winded company histories. We just started this because we knew how to handle the local regulations and the construction side of things. It’s a practical business. We try to be fair and honest with everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the ledger, but that's just how it is when you run your own thing. No big secrets here, just a local team doing their job.
