Kotak Securities Ltimited

The office is at D 58 in Kirti Nagar. Delhi is always crowded, especially around this part. We’ve been set up here for Kotak Securities Ltimited for a while. It’s not a huge place, just a standard office floor. We have some chairs that have seen better days but they’re comfortable enough. Kirti Nagar is known for all the furniture shops, so it’s funny we’re doing this kind of work here. The street outside gets dusty in the summer. We usually order lunch from the small stall nearby. The door sticks a little when it rains. We don't really have a receptionist or anything like that. When someone comes in, whoever is closest to the door just looks up. There are a lot of cables behind the computers that we try to keep tidy but they always end up in a mess. It’s just how it goes. The metro isn't too far, which helps with the commute. We stay busy with the screens and the phones. Sometimes the power fluctuates but the backup kicks in. It’s a plain workspace. No big signs or flashing lights. We just do the work we have to do and go home. Being in West Delhi feels different than the main city centers. It’s more lived in. There is always some construction going on nearby, so there is a bit of noise, but we just ignore it and focus on our screens. We keep some extra plastic chairs for when it gets busy. It makes sense for our small team to be here.
