We are located at Plot No 41/4 in B Block of Ramesh Nagar. It’s right behind the Government Girls School, so we hear the bell ring every few hours and the kids shouting at recess. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood spot. We handle different kinds of convenience tasks and solutions for people. The office isn't very large, just enough room for a few desks and a place to keep records. Sometimes the street gets crowded with parents picking up their kids, so getting in and out can be a bit of a hassle in the afternoon. We started out here because it was a convenient spot for us to reach the main road. The walls are painted a simple off-white and we have a few plants that probably need more water than they get. We do a lot of coordination on the phone. It’s mostly just us making sure things get from one place to another or helping people figure out their logistics. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the address on the gate. It's a quiet operation mostly, except for the school noise. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together when it's not too busy. It’s a local operation, nothing more than that. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to stay organized. It’s a bit cramped when we have extra boxes, but we manage. Most of the neighbors are families who have lived here forever.
