You can find us at Plot No-9 in the B.S. Block of Chanchal Park, Phase-II. This is out in Nangloi. Kochhar Buildcon India Private Limited has been around here for a bit. It’s not the most modern office you’ve ever seen but it works for what we need. We do a lot of construction-related tasks and that means things can get a bit dusty sometimes. We have our desks set up and there is usually a pot of tea going somewhere. The area around Chanchal Park is always active with lots of small businesses and people moving around. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just handle the projects as they come in. Some days we are really busy and other days it’s just about catching up on the boring stuff like bills and permits. We know the local area quite well because we’ve been working out of this plot for a while. It’s a practical space. We don't bother with expensive decorations. We’d rather spend that time making sure the work on the ground is actually getting done. If you walk past, you’ll probably see us on the phone or looking over some blueprints. It’s a normal day-to-day operation here in Nangloi. We just keep moving forward with whatever the next job requires of us. It is not always easy but we get there in the end and that is what matters.
