Kishan Properties

We are located at Wz-B-11 in Uttam Nagar. It is a bit of a maze back here, but once you find us, it's pretty straightforward. Kishan Properties is a small operation. We have been in this spot for quite a while. Uttam Nagar is very crowded and the streets are narrow, so we do a lot of walking. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have some fans and a few chairs for visitors. We handle a lot of the smaller rental units and local houses. People come to us because we know which lanes are quiet and which ones are too loud. We keep all our records in files stacked on the shelf. It’s not a high-tech place. We just use our phones and talk to the neighbors. There is a tea stall right around the corner where we spend a lot of time talking to people about what is for sale. It’s a community thing. We don't have a big mission or a corporate goal. We just want to help people find a place to live without a lot of headaches. It's a decent way to spend the day. Most of our neighbors are our friends too. That makes the work feel a bit easier. We'll be at Wz-B-11 if you happen to be passing by.
