Khurana Buildcon LLP

Khurana Buildcon LLP is situated on the ground floor of A-112 in Asha Park. We are right by Jail Road in West Delhi. If you know that area, you know it is always packed with people and shops. Having the office on the ground floor is handy because people can just wander in when they have questions. We don't have a big polished lobby or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done. We focus on building and contracting work. My desk is always a mess with site notes and half-empty tea cups. We talk to a lot of different people every day, from laborers to suppliers. It is a lot of coordination. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is always a new problem to solve or a delivery that didn't arrive. We aren't interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We are a local business and we like it that way. We know the people in Asha Park and we have been around long enough that the local vendors know our names. The traffic on Jail Road is a nightmare, but it is part of the experience. We just try to do honest work and stay on top of our projects. It’s not always pretty, but we are reliable in our own way and we don't skip steps.
