Kevira Homes Private Limited

Kevira Homes is run out of our ground floor office at A-119 in Block A of Patel Nagar-II. It is a straightforward place where we handle all our housing and building business. We decided on the ground floor because it is easier for people to just walk in and talk to us without having to climb stairs or deal with elevators. The office isn't very large, and it is mostly filled with samples of tiles or brick types we are considering for current projects. My cousin helps me out with the books, and we have a couple of guys who are usually out at the construction sites most of the day. We aren't a massive corporation with a big marketing budget. We mostly just rely on the fact that people in Patel Nagar know who we are and what we do. The neighborhood is fairly calm, though you get the usual noise from the street during the day. We have some old filing cabinets that have seen better days, and the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the place cool during the hot months. We mostly focus on small to mid-sized homes. It is hard work and there are always problems to solve, like a late delivery or a mistake in the measurements, but we just deal with things as they come. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just local builders.
