Karta Purakh Dream Land Private Limited is located at A-27 in Phase 2 of Mayapuri. Being in West Delhi, we are surrounded by a lot of industrial activity, which suits us just fine. Our office is where we handle all the land and property details. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and chairs for when visitors come by. We don’t have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. People just come in and we start talking about the work. We deal with a lot of paperwork because that’s the nature of the business. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of all the factories nearby, but that’s just Mayapuri for you. We’ve been here for a while and the staff is quite settled. We don’t have a lot of turnover. Everyone knows their job and we just get on with it. We spend our mornings checking on property listings and the afternoons are usually for meetings or site visits. It’s not a complicated way to run a business. We like to keep things practical and honest. If there’s a problem with a plot or a document, we just deal with it directly. We don't use any corporate jargon. It’s just us trying to make sure the dream land projects move forward as they should. We enjoy the local food around here during lunch breaks too. It's a busy life but we are used to it.
