Our office is located in the West End Mall on Janakpuri Main Road. We are specifically at UG 31, which is on the upper ground floor. Karolina Travels Pvt Ltd is a small team working out of this space. Being in a mall means there’s always a lot of activity around us. You have people shopping and going to the movies while we sit here and sort out travel plans. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the West End Mall is. We’ve been here for a good while, and the mall staff all know us. The office itself is quite compact. We have some posters on the wall and a few desks for the staff. It’s not a high-end luxury setup, just a regular place to get work done. We handle bookings and tickets for people going all over. Janakpuri Main Road is always packed with cars and people, so it feels very central. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall is a bit too cold, so we keep sweaters handy. We don't have big mission statements or anything like that. We just help folks figure out their trips. It’s a straightforward job. If you’re walking through the upper ground floor of West End Mall, you’ll find us near the other shops. We've been part of this mall community for years. It’s a decent place to be based.
