Kanwal Properties

We’ve been working out of 5/181 Subhash Nagar for a while. It’s a local residential area in Delhi, and it feels like a real community. Kanwal Properties is just a small setup we run from here. It isn't a big office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where neighbors come by to talk about selling their floors or finding a place for their relatives. We know most of the people on this street and the next few over. Subhash Nagar has its own rhythm. It can be quiet in the mornings and then get very busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home. We deal with a lot of small stuff, mostly houses and local plots. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We just sit here, answer the phone, and go out to show properties when we need to. Sometimes we just stand outside and chat with the people passing by. It’s a simple way of doing things. We don't make it complicated. If you need something in this part of town, you just come to our door. We’ve lived and worked around here long enough to know the history of almost every house on the block. It’s just us doing what we know best in our own neighborhood. We aren't doing anything fancy, just helping out with the property stuff. It's a living.
