Our office is out on Gurgaon Road in Dharampura Colony, Deendarpurd. It’s a bit of a dusty area sometimes with all the traffic and construction going on nearby, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t really notice it anymore. We deal with properties all around this stretch. It’s a lot of plots and some houses. Most days, you’ll find us sitting in the office with the fan going, waiting for someone to drop by and ask about land prices. We spend a lot of time out in the sun too, marking off boundaries or showing someone where a new road is supposed to come. It’s not the kind of work where you wear a suit. We’re usually in plain clothes, ready to walk through a field if we have to. The paperwork can be a bit of a mess with all the local land records, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. We aren't a big company with a hundred employees. It’s just a few of us who know the Gurgaon Road area well. People come to us because they know we live around here too. We just help them buy or sell without making a big deal out of it. It’s a straightforward business, dealing with bricks, mortar, and land in a part of town that’s growing every single day. We just try to keep things moving along for the local folks.
