Kanak Properties

Kanak Properties is located at Shop No-20 in the DDA Market along Rohtak Road in Paschim Vihar. It’s a small shop, but it’s enough for what we do. We’ve been part of this market for a while now. Most of our work involves helping people in Paschim Vihar find apartments or shops to rent. We also handle some sales when they come up. The DDA Market is always busy, so there’s a lot of foot traffic. People stop by while they’re doing their shopping to ask about property prices. We keep our listings posted on the wall where people can see them easily. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the local area well. We spend our time answering the phone and showing people around the different blocks in Paschim Vihar. It’s a lot of walking back and forth. Rohtak Road is always loud with cars and trucks, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just provide a local service for the people living nearby. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a place has some issues, we usually mention it upfront. We’d rather people know what they’re getting into before they sign anything. Our office is just a place to sign papers and have a quick chat. It’s a steady business and we enjoy being part of the community here.
