We sit here at Flat No 281 in Pocket No Dt 3, which is right in the heart of Vikaspuri. Being opposite the Raksha Vikas Dda Market means there is always a lot of movement around our door. Most days start with opening up the shutters and seeing people head to the market for their daily groceries or morning chores. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we mostly just handle local property matters for people living around here or those looking to move into this part of West Delhi. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of registers filled with notes about different flats and plots in the area. We spend a good amount of our time just chatting with neighbors or keeping an eye on which houses are coming up for rent or sale. It gets quite busy on the weekends because the market across the road draws a big crowd, so sometimes we stay a bit later than usual. Sometimes the traffic outside can get a little loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People usually just walk in because they saw the sign or someone told them we know the Vikaspuri blocks pretty well. It’s just a straightforward way of working where we help folks figure out where they want to live without making things too complicated.
