You can find us over at the West End Mall, specifically in unit 839. It’s a big building in the Janakpuri District Centre, so it stays pretty lively throughout the week. We’ve been set up here for a bit, handling property promotion and that side of things. It’s a lot of talking to people and looking at maps. The mall is always full of people, which makes for a noisy background, but we’re used to it. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us sitting in the office, trying to make sense of the real estate market. Some days are slow, other days the phone won't stop ringing. We don't use any of those big words you see in brochures. We just tell people what’s available and what the situation is with different plots or buildings. It’s practical work. Janakpuri is a good base for us because we’re right in the middle of everything in West Delhi. We’ve got some chairs for visitors and a computer that’s seen better days, but it does the job. Most of our day is spent tracking down details that other people might miss. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We like being in the mall because it’s easy for folks to find us after they finish their shopping or errands. There's always someone around to talk about local real estate trends and how things are changing.
