K3G INFRATECH LLP is based in West Delhi, specifically at Shop No 1 on the ground floor in Ramgarh Colony. Being WZ-2 means we are pretty easy to find if you are walking through the colony. It is a typical local office with a rolling shutter and a glass door. We do a lot of infratech work, which basically means we are always dealing with materials and site schedules. The ground floor location is handy because people just drop in to ask questions. It isn't a very large space, so it gets crowded when everyone is in at the same time. There are always blueprints laying around and maybe a stray helmet or two. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves in our own neighborhood. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to build things that stay up and look decent. The traffic on the main road can be loud, but you get used to it after a week. Most of our day is spent calling people and making sure the supplies arrived on time. We don't have a big HR department or a social media manager. It is just us doing the actual labor and the paperwork that comes with it. If you walk past, you will probably see us staring at a computer screen or drinking tea. It is straightforward work without any of the extra fluff that you see in big cities.
