JSK REALTORS AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is based at Plot no. 61 & 62 in the S/F of Block-G, Mohan Garden. That is in Uttam Nagar, a very crowded part of New Delhi. Being on the second floor means we can look down at the street markets and the people shopping for vegetables. The noise is constant, but you stop hearing it after a while. Our office takes up a good amount of space across those two plots. We have separate areas for our desks and a small corner for keeping the files. The walls are painted a light blue that has faded over the years. We have a couple of ceiling fans that wobble slightly when they are on the highest setting. Mohan Garden is a maze of lanes, and it can be tricky to find Block-G if you aren’t from around here. We usually just tell people to look for the big landmark nearby. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of that corporate stuff. It’s just a place where we come to work every day. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on our computers. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of dirt from the street. It’s a plain, hardworking office in a hardworking part of the city. We keep things pretty simple here.
