Jmd Buildcon Private Limited is over in Janakpuri, specifically in Block-18. Our office is on the first floor, 18/8, right at Plot No. 8. If you’re familiar with the Choti Sabji Mandi area, that’s exactly where we are. It’s a very local spot, always smelling of fresh vegetables and crowded with people doing their daily shopping. We like being right in the middle of things. It feels real. We handle a lot of building and construction work from this small space. It’s mostly just us sitting around a desk, looking at schedules and talking to site supervisors on the phone. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we’re used to it. Janakpuri is a big residential hub, so there is always some renovation or new build happening nearby. We try to keep our head down and just do the work. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in Delhi, just a reliable one that people in the neighborhood can talk to. My guys are usually out checking on cement loads or bricks while I stay back to handle the accounts. It’s a lot of work, and the traffic around the Mandi can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s home for us and our business. Just honest construction work, day in and day out. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can every single day.
