Our office is at 9 New Moti Nagar in the Sangam Market area. We are right on Main Road No 34, so there is plenty of noise from the street outside. It is a lively spot to be in because the market is always full of shoppers and vendors. Inside, we have our desks set up with phones and computers where we look up flights and hotels. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their vacation plans or helping them figure out their train tickets. It can get a bit hectic when a lot of people come in at once during the holiday season. The walls have a few maps and calendars pinned up to help us keep track of things. We are not some big flashy travel agency; it is just a small team of us working here in Moti Nagar. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, which can be a pain when someone is waiting, but we manage. We have been here for a while and have gotten to know the other shopkeepers in Sangam Market. Usually, we are just busy answering emails or calling up hotels to check on bookings. It is basic work but it keeps us on our toes. If you are walking down Main Road No 34, you will see us there among the other shops. We try to keep the chairs comfortable for anyone who has to wait for their documents to be printed out.
