Jai Shakti Properties

We are located at Jg-3/192A Vikaspuri. It is a simple spot, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Jai Shakti Properties has been our workspace for a good amount of time now. Mostly, we just deal with the local housing and shops around this part of Vikaspuri. It is a busy area, so there is always something happening on the street. We keep the office open most days, though sometimes we are out at a site or checking on a building. When you walk in, you will probably see a mess of papers on the desk because that is just how we work. We are not big on fancy filing systems or digital everything. We prefer talking to people face to face. If you have a question about a property, we just tell you what we have heard or what is on the market right then. We do not try to make things sound better than they really are. Buying or renting is a big deal, and people usually just want the facts. We live nearby, so we see our clients at the market or the park all the time. It makes you want to do a decent job because you cannot really hide in a neighborhood like this. We just keep at it, one day at a time, helping out where we can. It is a small operation, and that is exactly how we like it. No big corporate rules here at our desk.
