We are located at 28 Najafgarh Road, where Iup Jindal Metals & Alloys Ltd has been for a long time. This part of Najafgarh Road is always busy with trucks and heavy vehicles, so there is a constant rumble in the background of everything we do. Our facility is a large, practical space where we deal with metal and alloy products. It’s not a clean or quiet place. There is a lot of heavy machinery and the constant sound of metal being moved around. The floors are dark and the air usually smells like oil and iron. We have a small office area near the front, but most of the work happens out on the floor. We spend our shifts monitoring the machines and making sure everything is running according to the daily schedule. It gets very hot during the summer months, but that is just part of working in this industry. We don't have any flashy lobby or receptionists waiting in suits. People who come here are usually drivers or suppliers who know exactly where to go. We’ve had some of the same guys working the machines for decades now. It’s a tough environment, but we’ve got a routine that works for us. The yard is usually full of raw materials waiting to be processed into orders. We just keep our heads down and get the work out. It is a no-nonsense kind of place where the actual work is what matters most.
