Ishraj Buildwell Private Limited is our small company and we are located in the Rajouri Garden area. Our office is at V-321, on the second floor. It’s a good spot in West Delhi, even if the traffic nearby can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. We’ve been here for several years now, working on various building projects. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, so when you call or visit, you're usually talking directly to one of us who knows what’s going on. We handle the usual things a buildwell company does, like planning out work and keeping an eye on the materials. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and chairs where we sit and figure out the schedules. We don't spend money on expensive ads or polished marketing. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through friends or neighbors in Rajouri Garden. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the sites, which keeps us pretty busy most weeks. We just want to do a decent job and stay on top of our commitments. It isn't always smooth sailing, and there are plenty of headaches with suppliers or permits, but we just deal with them as they come. It's a living, and we've been doing it long enough to know the ins and outs of the local trade. We keep things grounded and just focus on getting our daily tasks finished.
