Ipcos Aptitude Engineering Solutions

Ipcos Aptitude Engineering Solutions is tucked away on the second floor of building B 3 51 in Janakpuri, New Delhi. Janakpuri is a pretty busy part of the city, and our street usually has cars parked everywhere you look. Getting to the second floor is a bit of a climb but it keeps us moving. We do engineering work here, so there are usually drawings or technical charts lying around on the tables. It’s not a sterile environment; it’s more of a place where people are actually doing things. We have a few computers that are always running and a lot of books on the shelves. The noise from the street below filters in, but we’re used to it by now. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front windows and we have to pull the curtains. Most of us take the metro to get here since the station isn't too far away. We usually go out to get samosas or some tea from the corner shop when we need a breather. It’s just a small team of us working through projects. We don’t have a big reception desk or fancy logos everywhere. It’s a practical space where we can sit down and figure things out. Every day is pretty much the same—some good progress, some head-scratching over technical stuff, and a lot of talk about the weather.
