International Manpower Resourse Delhi is actually run out of a residential space at 37A Ramesh Nagar in New Delhi. Babita Rohila is the one who handles most of the things here. It is a bit different from a typical office because it is in a home, but that makes it feel more personal for the people who come to see us. We focus on helping people find jobs and matching them with the right companies. Because we are in Ramesh Nagar, we get a lot of locals dropping by with their resumes. The room we use for work has a desk, a couple of chairs, and a computer that is almost always on. There are folders piled up on the side with candidate details and job listings. It can get a bit busy during the middle of the day when the phone starts ringing constantly. We don't have a big staff, so it is just a couple of us handling everything from interviews to paperwork. It is a very straightforward operation without any of the fancy stuff you see in big recruitment agencies. We know the struggle people have when looking for work, so we try to be as helpful as possible in a very basic way. We have been doing this for a while now and the setup works well for our small team and the people we serve.
