Our building is a simple one, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, we have multiple rooms set up for different dental needs. Since we call ourselves a hospital, we handle more than just quick checkups sometimes. There is a lot of cleaning and prepping that goes on behind the scenes that people don't always see. We arrive early to get the machines running and the floors mopped. The staff here mostly lives close by, so we don't have long commutes. It makes the atmosphere feel more like a local workplace. We see children coming in for their first visits and older folks who have lived in Uttam Nagar their whole lives. It’s nice to be a familiar face for them. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated explanations when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s going on with their teeth and what we need to do. The waiting room has some old magazines and some chairs that have seen better days, but it’s comfortable enough. We focus on the work itself rather than having a shiny office. It is just how we like to run things here. There is always someone around to help out.
