Our office is located at G 34 on the first floor in Shivnagar. It’s on Street No 19, which is part of the Harinagar area in New Delhi. We spend our time working on the connections between businesses here and those over in Russia. It might sound like a lot, but mostly it's just dealing with documents and answering emails. We have a lot of files piled up on the desks. The 110058 pin code is a busy part of the city. Being on the first floor means we see a lot of the street life from the windows. It’s not a fancy glass building like you see in the movies. It’s just a normal office where we try to help people figure out the rules for sending goods back and forth. Language can be a bit of a hurdle sometimes, but we manage. There is a lot of back and forth with the paperwork. Some days are just spent waiting for replies from the other side of the world because of the time difference. We don't have a huge staff, just a few people who know the ropes. Harinagar is a decent place to be based, even if the traffic on the main roads can be a bit much during rush hour. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s about making sure the trade keeps moving without too many hiccups or delays for the local businesses involved.
