India Manali Tours

Our office is E-186 on the ground floor of Budella Market in Vikaspuri. We are tucked away behind Oxford School, so we get the sounds of the kids playing or the bells ringing throughout the day. It’s a small office, mostly just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps and travel folders. We spend most of our time talking to people about their trips to Manali and trying to figure out the best dates. The phone rings a lot, and the computer screens are always open to bus schedules or hotel lists. Vikaspuri is a busy neighborhood, and Budella Market has its own rhythm. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near the school, so we tell people to just park a bit further away and walk over. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and work. I often find myself drinking a lot of tea while I’m looking at different route options on the screen. It’s a lot of back and forth with hotels and drivers. Sometimes the printer acts up and we have to fiddle with it for an hour just to get a receipt out. It’s just how things are here. We aren't a big corporate place, just a few people in a small market office trying to get all the travel details right for everyone who stops by.
