We are located at B 1/24 in Kiran Garden, which is right in the Uttam Nagar area of Delhi. Specifically, we are on Street Number 18. It’s a very busy spot, mostly because we are so close to the Nawada Metro Station. You can hear the trains and the crowds all day long, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We work on things related to homes, hence the name India Homes Inc. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and chairs where we can meet people and talk about property or renovations. We’ve seen a lot of people move in and out of Uttam Nagar over the years. It’s a place that never really sleeps. Our daily routine involves a lot of walking around the neighborhood and talking to people about what they are looking for. Sometimes we are helping someone find a place and other times we are looking at how to fix up an old house. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our feet. We don’t have a big corporate office or a lot of staff, so it’s usually just us handling everything from the paperwork to the actual site visits. Sometimes the weather makes the job hard, especially in the peak of summer, but we just carry on. It’s a decent place to be if you like being in the middle of everything.
