Our place is located at D-58 on the first floor in Partap Garden, right in the Binda Pur area. We’ve been here in West Delhi for a good stretch of time. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for us to handle our daily property work. Inaya Propmart Private Limited started because we knew the local area well and wanted to work for ourselves. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various local listings. Binda Pur is a tight-knit spot, and we know many of the people living nearby. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a house has a leaky roof, we say so. If a plot is too expensive, we tell the truth. It makes life easier for everyone. We spend a lot of time walking between different streets in the 110059 zip code. Sometimes the paperwork is a mess and we have to spend the whole afternoon at the registrar's office. It’s just part of the deal. We keep our files organized in a bunch of folders on the shelf. We don't have a fancy website with flashing lights. We just have our office door and a phone line. People come to us when they need help with real estate and we do what we can. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. It is what it is.
