Ideal Estate

Ideal Estate is situated over in Rama Park, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area. We have a small office that stays pretty busy with people coming in to ask about houses and plots. It’s a lively neighborhood and there is always something happening on the street outside. Our office isn't very large, so if more than three people show up at once, it feels a bit crowded. We have a big map of the local area pinned to the wall, though it’s starting to yellow at the edges. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around to show people different properties nearby. The floor is tiled and we try to sweep it every morning, but the dust from Rama Park always finds its way back in. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors to sit on while we go through the papers. It’s not a fancy corporate setup by any means. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts if we can help it. We just try to tell people the truth about what’s available. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it most. That’s just how it goes here. We’ve been in Uttam Nagar long enough to know the shortcuts and the best places for a quick snack. We often share a quick greeting with the shopkeepers next door before starting our morning tasks.
