Idbi Bank

Out here in Uttam Nagar, things are always moving fast. Our branch is at Rz 21 in the Indara Parak Extension. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and we are right in the middle of it. The office isn't very big, but we make do with the space we have. Most of the people who come in are from the nearby streets and blocks. We do the standard banking stuff every day. There is a lot of noise from the street outside, but that is just how it is in this city. We don't have any polished speeches or complicated systems. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of ledgers. People come in to withdraw cash or update their passbooks. We know most of the people by name after they've been coming here for a few months. It is a very practical kind of place. We don't go in for fancy decorations. The focus is just on the work. Dealing with money is serious, so we keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes the line gets a bit long when the system is slow, but we try to help everyone as they come. It is just a normal local bank branch for the people living around the extension who need to get things done quickly. We’ve been here at Rz 21 for years, and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands.
