Our branch is located at Wz 93 in Tihar Village. Even though the address says Maharashtra, the 110018 postcode is where we actually operate. It’s a bit of an interesting location because Tihar Village has a very specific feel to it. It’s not like the big glass towers you see in the city center. We are right in the middle of things here at Wz 93. The office is a simple place where we take care of banking for the local folks. We’ve got the usual counters and a small waiting area. It’s often quite busy with people coming in from the village and the surrounding streets. We handle everything from basic savings to more complex paperwork. The staff here is used to the local pace. We don’t have any fancy decor or high-end furniture. Everything is purely functional. We’ve been at this spot for a long time and the building has some character to it. It’s not always the quietest place, but it’s where we get our work done. Most of the people who come in are our neighbors. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, though sometimes the queues get a bit long. It’s just a standard, local bank branch doing its best to help people with their money. We’re part of the everyday life here in the village, and we like that just fine. It's home for us.
